Shipping policy

Apparel and physical products will ship within 7-10 business days.  Reports, scorecards, and evaluations will be completed within 14 business days. Elite Evaluators are not responsible for delays for information needed to complete by end-user and may cause delays. No refunds will be issued for any evaluations due to end-user delays.
