Refund policy

Elite Evaluators is an online video evaluation service. It is one tool in evaluating future potential athletic performance; many other factors exist. No guarantees are provided, expressed, or implied to any person or individual, including the user. User acknowledges that no guarantees have been made regarding potential recruitment to him or her by Elite Evaluators or its agents and/or employees. User represents that he or she has the legal capacity and authority to purchase Elite Evaluators services. User grants Elite Evaluators permission to use all information and images submitted, including the release to third parties. Michigan law applies, and the venue is limited to Wayne County, Michigan. User Agrees to the private mediation of all disputes in Wayne County, Michigan, and, if unresolved, arbitration of all disputes via AAA arbitration in Wayne County, Michigan. All damages are limited solely to the purchase price.     

Additionally, Elite Evaluators makes no representations or warranties.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We exclude all representations, warranties, undertakings, and guarantees relating to the report.

Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing paragraph, we do not represent, warrant, undertake, or guarantee:

  • that the information in the report is correct, accurate, complete, or non-misleading;
  • that the use of the guidance in the report will lead to any particular outcome or result; or
  • In particular, by using the report's guidance, you will NOT be guaranteed a college football scholarship or roster spot.

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@eliteevaluators.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
